Celebrities who do keto have all the world at their disposal yet when it comes to weight loss they choose a diet that anyone can do.
Celebrities: they’re just like us. You’ve been on The Tonight Show, right? No? Oh, then maybe you’re not like a celebrity at all (outside of the fact that you’re a human being concerned with their own health, image, and weight loss)! Broadly speaking, you’re also like a dolphin! Can you imagine a dolphin doing keto? No? Why? Because it’s already on a low-carb diet! You think that dolphin’s eating cake or pizza? Of course not! Although, given the chance, I’m sure a dolphin would eat pizza. Pizza’s the best!
If you want the body of a dolphin or a celebrity, you’re going to have to put in the work just like celebrities and dolphins do. After all, these celebrities (and dolphins) also want the bodies of celebrities (and dolphins), which is why there are so many celebrities (and dolphins) who do Keto . And you can do just what they do! That means creating an eating plan, eating real foods, and, in, the case of these success stories, having a high fat/low carb diet that’s going to make sure you’re burning fat more efficiently to get the celebrity/dolphin body you want!

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop is as out of touch as your friends who refuse to listen to trap music. I’M DRAWING HARD LINES IN THE SAND! If anyone doubted Goop’s endorsement of the low-carb diet the proof is in the Paltrow. She looks great!
Wanna look like a supermodel? Then do the keto diet and two hours of exercise daily just like Lima did! Right now I’m doing 65 minutes of cardio a couple times a week plus keto to get in the shape I want to be in. That’s 50% to being a runway model! You can be doing the same thing too! There’s gyms everywhere, you can just walk around your neighborhood., or just be patient and let keto do its work. Soon enough you’ll be enjoying the benefits of keto and you won’t even want to go back!
